    Administratorem danych osobowych jest podmiot grupy Sweco, który przekazał niniejszą informację o ochronie prywatności.

     

    W celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji korzystamy z platformy rekrutacyjnej Elevato (https://sweco.elevato.net/ w której dane zabezpieczone są zgodnie z zasadami RODO, a dostęp przydzielony jest tylko upoważnionym osobom.

     

  2. Z kim możesz się kontaktować w sprawie Twoich danych osobowych?

    W razie jakichkolwiek pytań lub uwag związanych z ochroną danych osobowych lub ich przetwarzaniem możesz kontaktować się z Inspektorem danych osobowych, przesyłając wiadomości e-mail na adres: rodo@sweco.pl.

     

  3. Na jakiej podstawie prawnej zbieramy Twoje dane osobowe?

    Podane przez Ciebie dane przetwarzane będą na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. a) RODO i zgodnie z treścią RODO.

     

  4. Jakie rodzaje danych osobowych przetwarzamy?

    Przetwarzamy Twoje dane osobowe, takie jak: imiona, nazwisko, data urodzenia, dane kontaktowe, które wskazałeś (np. adres e-mail, numer telefonu, adres dla doręczeń), wykształcenie, kwalifikacje zawodowe, przebieg dotychczasowego zatrudnienia, dodatkowe dane osobowe, które przekazałeś nam wraz z ogólnym formularzem aplikacyjnym, w tym Twoje zdjęcie, jak również inne dane takie jak informacje o posiadanym prawie jazdy, obecnym zatrudnieniu (stanowisko, nazwa pracodawcy), oczekiwaniach finansowych brutto, lokalizacji, w której chcesz dla nas pracować, językach obcych, które znasz, zainteresowaniach.

     

  5. W jakim celu przetwarzamy dane osobowe?

    Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w ramach ogólnego zarządzania procesem rekrutacji, czyli działań związanych z potrzebami:

    • prowadzenia bieżącej rekrutacji – w tym do kontaktowania się z Tobą przez naszych pracowników. Do tego celu, na podstawie przepisów art. 22[1] Kodeksu Pracy, możemy przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe takie jak: imię, nazwisko, data urodzenia, wskazane przez Ciebie dane kontaktowe, wykształcenie, przebieg dotychczasowego zatrudnienia. Inne Twoje dane osobowe możemy przetwarzać, w tym celu, na podstawie Twojej zgody, którą nam udzieliłeś zaznaczając odpowiednie pole (bieżąca rekrutacja) przed wysłaniem formularza rekrutacyjnego dostępnego na naszej stronie internetowej;
    • zawarcia z Tobą umowy o pracę – jeśli zdecydujemy, że chcemy Cię zatrudnić. Nasze oferty pracy mogą dotyczyć również zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy prawa cywilnego (np. umowy zlecenia). Gdy zawieramy z Tobą umowę o pracę,  dane przetwarzamy na podstawie przepisów art. 22[1] Kodeksu Pracy. W przypadku, gdy zawieramy z Tobą umowę prawa cywilnego,  dane przetwarzamy w związku z czynnościami podejmowanymi przed zawarciem umowy lub w celu jej wykonania (art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. b) RODO);
    • przeprowadzania kolejnych, przyszłych rekrutacji – jeżeli nie dokonujemy od razu wyboru kandydata, przechowujemy dalej jego dokumenty aplikacyjne, a jego dane osobowe wprowadzamy do naszego dedykowanego systemu informatycznego. Tworzymy w ten sposób naszą listę potencjalnych pracowników, czyli grupę kandydatów, z którymi chcemy się skontaktować w przyszłości, jeżeli tylko będziemy mieli możliwość zaproponowania im pracy na stanowisku, które ich interesuje. Do tego celu potrzebujemy wszystkich Twoich danych osobowych, które nam udostępniłeś wysyłając formularz rekrutacyjny znajdujący się na naszej stronie internetowej. Robimy to na podstawie Twojej zgody, której nam udzieliłeś, zaznaczając odpowiednie pole (przyszłe rekrutacje) przed wysłaniem formularza rekrutacyjnego dostępnego na naszej stronie internetowej.

     

  6. Czy masz obowiązek udostępnić nam swoje dane osobowe?

    Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego, a później ewentualnego zawarcia umowy.

     

  7. Kto może być odbiorcą Twoich danych osobowych?

    Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzane są nie tylko przez nas. Udostępniamy je różnym grupom odbiorców, przy czym tylko wtedy, gdy ma to związek z celem przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych lub korzystaniem przez nas z systemów IT. Twoje dane osobowe udostępniamy np. innym spółkom z naszej Grupy, gdy chcemy sprawdzić, czy mogą zaproponować Ci pracę, firmom zewnętrznym, które wspierają nas w procesie rekrutacji albo, które utrzymują, naprawiają nasze systemy IT. Zapewniamy jednak, że udostępniane dane są odpowiednio zabezpieczone, a proces udostępniania opiera się na odpowiedniej podstawie prawnej.

     

  8. Jakie prawa przysługują Ci jako osobie, której dane osobowe są przez nas przetwarzane?

    W każdej chwili możesz cofnąć zgodę, na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych, którą nam udzieliłeś. W takim przypadku, możesz również żądać od nas, abyśmy niezwłocznie usunęli Twoje dane osobowe (prawo do bycia zapomnianym), o ile nie ma innej podstawy prawnej przetwarzania przez nas Twoich danych osobowych. Z prawa tego możesz skorzystać również w innych przypadkach opisanych w RODO np. gdy nie potrzebujemy już Twoich danych osobowych do celów, w których je przetwarzaliśmy.

     

    Masz również:

    • prawo dostępu do Twoich danych osobowych - w tym uzyskania potwierdzenia, że przetwarzamy Twoje dane osobowe, dostępu do nich oraz otrzymania od nas określonych informacji związanych z ich przetwarzaniem;
    • prawo żądania od nas niezwłocznego sprostowania Twoich danych osobowych - jeżeli są one nieprawidłowe lub ich uzupełnienia, gdy Twoje dane osobowe są niekompletne;
    • prawo żądania od nas ograniczenia przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych -w przypadkach opisanych w RODO (np. gdy zakwestionujesz prawidłowość przetwarzanych przez nas Twoich danych osobowych);
    • prawo do przenoszenia danych – czyli prawo żądania od nas, abyśmy zapisali Twoje dane osobowe w pliku, w powszechnie dostępnym formacie (np. .docx), w ustrukturyzowany sposób, i przesłali je wskazanemu przez Ciebie administratorowi;
    • prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, gdy uważasz, że przetwarzamy Twoje dane osobowe niezgodnie z prawem;
    • prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania przez nas Twoich danych osobowych, przy czym tylko wtedy, gdybyśmy przetwarzali Twoje dane osobowe z uwagi na nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes i zaistniałyby inne okoliczności opisane w RODO.

     

  9. Jak długo będziemy przechowywać Twoje dane osobowe?

    Dane przetwarzane dla celów związanych z rekrutacją będą przechowywane:

    • w ramach konkretnej, bieżącej rekrutacji - przez 36 miesięcy od dnia złożenia dokumentów aplikacyjnych;
    • jeśli zgodzisz się na udział w przyszłych rekrutacjach - przez 36 miesięcy od dnia złożenia dokumentów aplikacyjnych;
    • niezależnie od udzielonej zgody na przyszłe rekrutacje - przez 36 miesięcy od dnia złożenia dokumentów aplikacyjnych, niezbędne dla ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń, które Ty lub my moglibyśmy mieć względem siebie;
    • do momentu wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie - bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

     

    Twoje dane osobowe będziemy przetwarzać w inny sposób tak długo, jak długo my lub którakolwiek ze spółek z naszej Grupy zatrudnia pracowników lub współpracowników w obszarach, którymi jesteś zainteresowany (obszary takie zaznaczyłaś/zaznaczyłeś wysyłając nam ogólny formularz aplikacyjny dostępny na naszej stronie internetowej).

     

  10. Czy masz prawo do wniesienia skargi?

    Możemy przekazywać lub ujawniać dane osobowe odbiorcom znajdującym się poza UE/EOG (państwo trzecie), głównie w sytuacjach, gdy korzystamy z zewnętrznych podmiotów przetwarzających dane. W przypadku, gdy dane osobowe są przesyłane poza UE/EOG, zostaną podjęte odpowiednie środki w celu zapewnienia ochrony Twoich danych osobowych.

     

  12. Informacja o zautomatyzowanym podejmowaniu decyzji i profilowaniu.

    Twoje dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany (bez udziału człowieka) oraz nie będą one podlegały profilowaniu.

  1. Who is the controller of your personal data?

    The controller of your personal data is the Sweco group entity that has provided this privacy notice.

     

    In order to carry out the recruitment process, we use the Elevato recruitment platform (https://sweco.elevato.net/) in which data is secured in accordance with the principles of the GDPR, and access is granted only to authorized persons.

     

  2. Who can you contact about your personal data?

    If you have any questions or comments related to the protection of personal data or their processing, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Officer by sending e-mails to the following address: rodo@sweco.pl.

     

  3. On what legal basis do we collect your personal data?

    The data provided by you will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and in accordance with the content of the GDPR.

     

  4. What types of personal data do we process?

    We process your personal data, such as: names, surname, date of birth, contact details that you have provided (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number, address for service), education, professional qualifications, previous employment, additional personal data that you have provided to us with the general application form, including your photo, as well as other data such as information about your driving license, current employment (position, name of the employer), gross financial expectations, location where you want to work for us, foreign languages you know, interests.

     

  5. For what purpose do we process personal data?

    Your personal data will be processed as part of the overall management of the recruitment process, i.e. activities related to the needs of:

    • conducting ongoing recruitment – including contacting you by our employees. For this purpose, on the basis of the provisions of Article 22[1] of the Labour Code, we may process your personal data such as: name, surname, date of birth, contact details indicated by you, education, employment history to date. We may process your other personal data for this purpose, on the basis of your consent, which you have given us by ticking the appropriate box (current recruitment) before sending the recruitment form available on our website;
    • entering into an employment contract with you – if we decide we want to hire you. Our job offers may also apply to employment on the basis of a civil law contract (e.g. a contract of mandate). When we conclude an employment contract with you, we process the data on the basis of the provisions of Article 22[1] of the Labour Code. If we conclude a civil law contract with you, we process the data in connection with activities undertaken before the conclusion of the contract or in order to perform it (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
    • conducting further, future recruitment – if we do not select a candidate immediately, we continue to store their application documents and enter their personal data into our dedicated IT system. In this way, we create our list of potential employees, i.e. a group of candidates with whom we want to contact in the future, if only we have the opportunity to offer them a job in a position that interests them. For this purpose, we need all your personal data that you have provided to us by submitting the recruitment form on our website. We do this on the basis of your consent that you have given us by ticking the appropriate box (future recruitments) before sending the recruitment form available on our website.

       

  6. Are you obliged to provide us with your personal data?

    Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the recruitment process and then to conclude a contract.

     

  7. Who can be the recipient of your personal data?

    Your personal data is processed not only by us. We share it with different target groups, but only if this is related to the purpose of the processing of your personal data or our use of IT systems. We share your personal data, for example, with other companies in our Group when we want to check whether they can offer you a job, with external companies that support us in the recruitment process or who maintain or repair our IT systems. However, we ensure that the data shared is properly secured and the sharing process is based on an appropriate legal basis.

     

  8. What rights do you have as a person whose personal data is processed by us?

    You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data that you have given us at any time. In this case, you can also request that we erase your personal data (right to be forgotten) without undue delay, unless there is another legal basis for us to process your personal data. You can also exercise this right in other cases described in the GDPR, e.g. when we no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed it.

     

    You also have:

    • the right to access your personal data – including obtaining confirmation that we process your personal data, access to it and receiving certain information related to its processing from us;
    • the right to request us to immediately rectify your personal data - if it is incorrect or to supplement it if your personal data is incomplete;
    • the right to request us to restrict  the processing of your personal data – in the cases described in the GDPR (e.g. when you question the accuracy of your personal data processed by us);
    • the right to transfer data – i.e. the right to request us to save your personal data in a file, in a commonly available format (e.g. .docx), in a structured manner, and to send it to the administrator indicated by you;
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully;
    • the right to object to our processing of your personal data, but only if we process your personal data due to our legitimate interest and other circumstances described in the GDPR would occur.

     

  9. How long will we keep your personal data?

    Data processed for purposes related to recruitment will be stored:

    • as part of a specific, ongoing recruitment process – for 36 months from the date of submission of application documents;
    • if you agree to participate in future recruitments - for 36 months from the date of submission of application documents;
    • regardless of the consent granted for future recruitment – for 36 months from the date of submission of application documents, necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims that you or we could have against each other;
    • until the consent is withdrawn at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

     

    We will process your personal data in other ways for as long as we or any of our Group companies employ employees or associates in the areas in which you are interested (such areas you have ticked by sending us the general application form available on our website).

     

  10. Do you have the right to lodge a complaint?

    If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent control body – the Data Protection Authority, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.

     

  11. Will your personal data be transferred to third countries or another international organization?

    We may transfer or disclose personal data to recipients located outside the EU/EEA (third country), mainly in situations where we use third-party data processors. Where personal data is transferred outside of the EU/EEA, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that your personal data is protected.

     

  12. Information about automated decision-making and profiling.

    Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (without human involvement) and they will not be subject to profiling.
