The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Zakres obowiązków

Traffic planning with design as a tool for planning and designing street environments in different stages of investigation;
Conduct various traffic and mobility studies to create documentation for detailed development plans, structural plans, planning programs, and more;
Integrate urban design principles into traffic analysis and street layout concepts;
Use data, mobility trends, and policy frameworks to inform design decisions;
Prepare plans, and documentation for internal and public communication.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport, Civil Engineering, Traffic Planning, or related field;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in public transport integration, sustainable mobility strategies, traffic and street planning, traffic safety audits;
Strong understanding of urban street design principles and traffic safety;
Familiarity with international best practices in street design;
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Good to have: AutoCAD, VISSIM, VISUM.
