The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Zakres obowiązków
  • Leading pharmaceutical, laboratory, or life science projects as an Architect;
  • Preparing detailed, construction-ready drawings (2D and 3D). Managing view templates, sheets, and annotations;
  • Coordinating architectural models with other disciplines;
  • Collaborating with all facility discipline designers, promoting an interdisciplinary focus. Guiding and overseeing the work of others;
  • Taking responsibility for designing deliverables and deadlines, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards and industry regulations;
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

 

What type of projects you work with:

You will be working on pharmaceutical projects, both the design phase and ongoing construction. The team, based in Copenhagen, consists of 30 Architects and Constructing Architects, collaborating with top pharmaceutical companies.

Poszukiwane kompetencje
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field;
  • Architectural experience in pharma, laboratory, or life science projects. We are looking to fill two positions: one senior-level engineer with 8+ years of experience who can work independently, and one junior engineer with approximately 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, drawing, and modeling in 3D structural design;
  • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, especially for projects requiring compliance;
  • Comfortable handling a dynamic workflow, managing busy days, continuous changes, and both long and short deadlines;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
