The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Zakres obowiązków

Design ventilation systems for cleanrooms, laboratories, and pharmaceutical buildings;
Oversee HVAC systems during construction phases and ensure adherence to project timelines;
Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination and communication with colleagues and designers.
Prepare detailed documents for handover to contractors, conduct reviews, and manage documentation throughout construction;
Attend meetings with contractors and clients, facilitating clear communication and coordination.

What type projects you work with:

Pharmaceutical projects with focus on cleanrooms, laboratories, and facility parts during both design and construction phases. The team is based in Copenhagen and the main clients are great pharmaceutical companies.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or related field;
Experience in HVAC (ventilation) design solutions for the pharma industry. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
Technically proficient in Revit, Dalux, Bim360, HVAC P&ID’s (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams);
Familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GEP (Good Engineering Practice) requirements;
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
