The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Zakres obowiązków
  • Design utility systems including water, heating, cooling, and sewage for cleanrooms, laboratories, and pharmaceutical buildings;
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines such as HVAC, BMS, and electrical systems to ensure integrated design solutions;
  • Prepare documents for handover to contractors, reviews, and construction. Maintain accurate records of designs and installations;
  • Attend meetings with contractors and clients, facilitating clear communication and coordination. 

 

What type projects you work with:

Pharmaceutical projects with focus on cleanrooms, laboratories, and facility parts during both design and construction phases. The team is based in Copenhagen and the main clients are the great pharmaceutical companies.

Poszukiwane kompetencje
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or related field;
  • Experience in BUU solutions for cleanrooms and pharmaceutical buildings. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
  • Technically proficient in Revit, Dalux, Bim360;
  • Familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GEP (Good Engineering Practice) requirements;
  • Familiarity with BUU P&ID’s and sprinkler systems;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
